Portage Maintenance and Signage Suggestions
On-going
via Paddle Manitoba Facebook and Instagram pages
Paddle Manitoba sits on the Provincial Trail Advisory Board. One item discussed at a recent meeting was the ongoing maintenance and signage of portage trails within provincial parks.
We're seeking feedback from paddlers on locations where they think portages withing parks would benefit from increased attention and better signage.
Comment on the posts regarding this initiative on the Paddle Manitoba Facebook or Instagram pages with your suggestions so they can be compiled. Look for the portage sign picture below. Please be sure to include park name, route name, and connecting lakes.
